Quality work

Quality work is performed within the frame of annual activity plans and accounted for in the subsequent annual report.

Benchmarking of the library is made on a continuous basis by the comparison with other universities, internal and external recognition by user surveys, our own investigations and various other evaluations in which the library participates.
